Michael Miller is a financial consultant to the cannabis industry specializing in financial modelling, capital raising, and equity research. He previously co-founded the cannabis private equity group, White Sheep, which principally invested in cannabis technology companies at the SEED / Series A stage. Michael’s writings and commentary on the industry have been published and featured across an array of outlets including BNN, MarketWatch, Financial Post, and Playboy.
Michael is also the co-author of ‘”High” Profits from Accounting for Cannabis Plant Inventory,’ the world’s first accounting business case on the cannabis industry that was published by the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School. Aside from Cambridge, Michael lectures on cannabis finance at several post-secondary institutions including York University, Ryerson University, and George Brown College. Michael holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
