ANNOUNCING CANNA-Q AS A SILVER PARTNER OF CANNABIS EUROPA

Canna-Q™ is a transformative Lesotho-based medicinal cannabis cultivation project.

Prohibition Partners has identified Lesotho as one of the top cannabis frontier markets to watch in the coming years. With its favourable climate, fertile soil and stable water supply coupled with a cost-effective labour force Lesotho has already attracted attention from top investors.

Canna-Q™ provides investors and off-take partners with the opportunity to participate in this exciting market through its medical cannabis operation.

Canna-Q™ has been awarded a 10-year license, renewable annually, by the Lesotho Ministry of Health to cultivate, extract, manufacture, supply, hold, import, export and transit cannabis and cannabis resin in various forms.

The project owners have secured land in the Ha-Ntsi Masapong district of Lesotho, approximately 40km outside of Maseru, with a permit to cultivate on or up to 3 hectares of green houses and indoor facilities. Construction on the state of the art facility is set to commence as soon as financial close has been achieved.
